  1. I wear my semi-colon every day. The tattoo on my arm reads “;ust breathe”. The semi-colon being the “j” in the word just. I find that reminding myself to breathe is sometimes the only way to get through anxiety, depression, and stress. I not only remind myself, but those around me, that all you have to do in each moment is breathe. Just breathe. Everything else can fall away; we just have to breathe. That is all that is required of us!
